Course Overview
This course is suitable for inexperienced woodworkers.
The course is designed to provide participants experience in the safe use of common, handheld woodworking tools. Beginning with tools used for measuring,
for marking out, for shaping and smoothing wood and for cutting simple joints.
The participants will use the tools available in the Association’s workshop to make themselves a small useful object.
Materials Provided
Timber, tools and consumables for this training.
What To Bring
An apron to cover clothing, dust mask, lunch.
Safety
Please wear sturdy covered in footwear, shoes with leather uppers preferred.
